I am the founder and lead teacher at Nature Meditations: The Art of Mindfulness where I am dedicated to exploring the inner and outer landscapes of the human experience, the natural world, and life on Earth. Nature-based mindfulness meditation helps us explore concepts that are reflected back to us through our interactions with nature. These practices illuminate new perspectives and reveal and inspire ways to live in greater harmony with the natural stages and rhythms of life. I offer online and in-person programs.

Mindfulness Deep Dive
What began as a vision to combine the timeless teachings of dharma with the creative expression of nature photography has blossomed into a transformative experience for all involved. The deep dive program is about immersing ourselves in an extended exploration of self-discovery and creativity. Each month, we delve into a new theme, inviting participants to engage deeply with meditation and mindfulness wisdom. Through guided discussions and introspective exercises, we uncover hidden insights and pathways to personal growth.
